The staff here are very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast options for vegetarians are great, and the location is convenient.

The hotel was modern and good standard with attentive people that were exceptional in their services. Fantastic central location near to Hong Kong island, restaurants, coffeeshops and a grocery store and resturaunts and Nathan Road.

Everything was excellent and the staff was polite and very polite. Decent bakery and bacon, overall the breakfast was pretty decent!

The room we booked was brand-new and beautifully maintained with individually controlled air conditioning and a king-size bed, just like what was advertised. the location was incredible and stunning, just a short walk to restaurants, Nathan Road, and the city center. - the service provided was amazing.

There is no public toilet in the lobby. Have to walk through the bar to pick up toilet key from a very unfriendly lady. Everyday, there is about 30 - 50 house guest waiting for their room in the lobby between 11am - 2pm.(I was 1 of them during my checkin day)

Big rooms in the upper floors. Good Breakfast.

Noise air condiniting system

The Empire Hotel Kowloon - Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong was possibly the best stay for our short visit. It was really nice and easy to get to, with a good location right by the science museum, history museum, and the TST promenade. Additionally, it is conveniently located by the Tsim Sha Tsui station.

The room here is tidy and has beds that are super comfy. You'll also find a nice living area, a desk for writing, and a coffee maker. the location is awesome - just a 5-minute walk from the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui subway station! 😊

The location is its advantage since it is walking distance to a of places to visit...

The breakfast was the same during our stay...would appreciate if there were more dimsum in the menu...

The location is fantastic - close to the shopping centers, central Nathan road and good supermarket Welcome with the great variaty of choice of fruits and other essential goods.

The room was tiny. The amount of money reserved at the plastic card while check-in was much higher than the real expected price for staying in the hotel. It took some time to claim back the exceeding amount.

The hotel was extremely convenient and had helpful staff who provided exceptional service. the perfect location was close to the Hong Kong Island skyline, MTR, local shopping areas, and major attractions.

No free İnternet and Internet charges expensive

At the end of a three week tour of China we could not have asked for a better place. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Our tours were booked with no fuss and our very need was catered for. The pool was a godsend at the end of a day of shopping and sightseeing. The public transport (within walking distance of the hotel) was easy to use and if we had trouble finding our way there was always a friendly local to offer a helpng hand. Because of our experience at this establishment my husband and I will happily travel to Hong Kong again and again. Many and grateful thanks to you.
